More than a house,
a Home.
We started in Cuba over a decade ago, working side by side with hosts who wanted to professionalize the management of their houses. Today we also operate in Dubai, with a team that knows both markets as locals — because we are.
What hasn't changed in 10 years: we treat every property as if it were our own. And every guest as a guest in our home.

The questions
every owner asks.
If you have a doubt that's not here, write to us. We always reply — and fast.
We work with a percentage fee on revenue generated, no fixed monthly costs. The exact structure depends on the market and operation type; we explain it in the free initial diagnosis.

Preguntas frecuentes
What is the difference between Vedado and Habana Vieja?
Habana Vieja is colonial baroque (16th-19th century). Vedado is 1920s-1950s art-deco and modernist — wider tree-lined streets, more restaurants, less touristy and 2 km west.
Where is the nightlife in Vedado?
La Rampa (Avenida 23) is the spine: Cabaret Parisien at Hotel Nacional, Submarino Amarillo, and Fábrica de Arte Cubano (FAC) — the must-do — all within a 3 km radius.
Is Vedado walkable?
Yes — Vedado is a flat 2 km × 2 km grid. Walking from Hotel Nacional to FAC takes 20 minutes. Streets are well-lit until past midnight.
