More than a house,
a Home.
We started in Cuba over a decade ago, working side by side with hosts who wanted to professionalize the management of their houses. Today we also operate in Dubai, with a team that knows both markets as locals — because we are.
What hasn't changed in 10 years: we treat every property as if it were our own. And every guest as a guest in our home.

The questions
every owner asks.
If you have a doubt that's not here, write to us. We always reply — and fast.
We work with a percentage fee on revenue generated, no fixed monthly costs. The exact structure depends on the market and operation type; we explain it in the free initial diagnosis.
