  The view from the balcony in this property is what stands out. The location is very great The property has very well maintained swimming pool in the terrace which has great views as well and has gym access. The closest metro is DMCC metro which is 15 mins walk and the closest beach is JBR which is 23 mins by walk. Although the property did not feel brand new as mentioned in the listing, it was well maintained and we did not have any complaints. Pros : 1. Excellent location 2. Bathroom commode and wash basin is small.
