  We enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely place and clean place. Bedrooms are very spacious. Great for big group. We arrived early before check in time and because the reception can’t accommodate too much luggage, Carlos offered us for an early check in for free. We were very lucky that the unit is all cleaned and ready. We really appreciate the generosity. We enjoyed walking around restaurants at the beach. Whenever we need something urgent, there is 24/7 store at ground floor same building. Thank you Carlos!

First, we stayed at the apartment starting on August 22, right in the middle of summer when temperatures were around 45°C. Despite the extreme heat, the air conditioning was not cooling at all. We contacted them immediately upon arrival and reported the issue, but nothing was fixed during our entire three-night stay. It seemed clear to us that they were already aware of the problem, yet they kept delaying instead of properly addressing it. Second, the apartment itself needs a lot of maintenance and attention. Several things inside require repair and the overall condition was below what we expected. Third, the parking area is extremely narrow. If you have a large vehicle, driving through the parking passages is very difficult, and you have to be extremely careful not to scrape your car against the walls. Fourth, there is no proper management or enforcement of assigned parking spaces.
