  We had a great stay here in August for a week as a family of 4. The extra space of an apartment works so much better for us than a hotel, with two teenagers. Location seemed great for our first visit to Dubai. Easy walk to decent supermarket and JBR. Some of the apartment was recently refurbished and in very good condition, but the bathrooms weren't prestine, although nothing wrong with them. Beds comfortable. Aircon good. Quiet. 12th floor. Carlos responded and instantly dealt with all my queries. Kindly let us check out later due to a delayed flight. Pool was good with a lifeguard. The gym overlooks the pool so if your a gym goer you can see the kids in the pool. Note there was a notice thst gym is being refurbed for 3 months from september 26.
